Why register?
Self-registration is available for all individuals or representatives of a company or person to be able to remotely access your Jamaica customer Instrument and/or Parcel Portfolio.
Existing rights holders should follow the self-registration process and present themselves in person with supporting documents to the Surveys & Mapping Division office. This allows the Surveys & Mapping Division office to verify your identity and associate your account with your existing Instruments and/or Parcels.

You will receive an email to verify your email address and to set your password, but your account will be restricted until it has been authorised by a Lands & Surveys Department representative.
Once authorised, you will receive another email indicating that your account has been updated, after which you will be able to sign in to the portal.
